Please have your child bring the following items with him/her at your designated screening time:

Crayons, eight Crayola colors (not fat crayons, fluorescent, nor any other brand) LABEL each crayon with name or initials.

4 oz. Elmer’s Glue All. Do NOT send school glue, paste nor off brand. LABEL with name.
|
 |
One large glue stick. Label.
|
 |
|
School box (small Spacemaker size –NO ZIPPER BOXES) LABEL with name.
|
 |
Two pencils- LABEL with initials or name.
|
 |
Two plastic folders with 2 inside bottom pockets (not side pockets)- LABEL with name.
|
 |
|
Paint shirt- old adult short sleeved (cut off sleeves) or sleeveless shirt works great. LABEL with name.

 |
Pointed Fiskars scissors- LABEL with initials or name.
|
 |
Large book bag- PLEASE NO WHEELS as we do not have room for them. |
 |
|
Large box facial tissue- do not label
|
 |
Large eraser- LABEL with initials or name.
|
 |
Any other special requests will be sent home with your child. Please make sure all clothing items and book bag are properly marked. | |
